About the role

  • Consultant responsible for managing project transitions at Vivo, ensuring quality and timely execution from signing to billing. Collaborate with internal teams and clients for seamless service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the post-signature transition process from kick-off through activation and start of billing.
  • Serve as the focal point between Pre-Sales, Operations, Legal, Procurement, Finance, Compliance and partners.
  • Coordinate vendors and technical teams, ensuring deadlines, SLAs and the contracted scope are met.
  • Translate contracts and commercial proposals into clear execution and transition plans.
  • Ensure all required documentation is correctly completed, validated and filed, including contracts, amendments, technical scopes, SLAs, schedules and acceptance records.
  • Ensure that all mandatory internal approvals are completed in accordance with Vivo’s financial, operational and compliance rules before activation and billing.
  • Identify, mitigate and escalate operational, financial, contractual and regulatory risks.
  • Ensure alignment between commercial scope, technical architecture and delivery model.
  • Track critical milestones: kick-off, implementation, technical acceptance, go-live and start of billing.
  • Resolve conflicts among areas and stakeholders collaboratively and results-oriented.
  • Prepare executive reports on status, risks and action plans.
  • Propose continuous improvements to transition processes to reduce lead time, rework and risks.
  • Always act with the customer at the center of decisions, with a proactive, solution-focused attitude and a genuine willingness to help and resolve issues, while safeguarding results, financial sustainability and Vivo’s strategic interests.

Requirements

  • Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Technology or related fields.
  • Experience
  • Minimum of 8 years in complex corporate environments.
  • Experience with project management, transitions, implementations or operations.
  • Experience working in a matrix organization and with multiple stakeholders.
  • Soft Skills
  • Leadership and Influence - Ability to engage teams and stakeholders during transition processes.
  • Clear and Assertive Communication - Explain complex changes simply and transparently.
  • Conflict Management - Resolve disagreements between teams or areas affected by the transition.
  • Adaptability and Resilience - Handle uncertainty and rapid adjustments to the transition plan.
  • Strategic Thinking - Understand long-term impacts and align the transition with business objectives.
  • Empathy and Emotional Intelligence - Understand concerns of those involved and maintain engagement.
  • Negotiation - Balance interests among different areas and vendors.
  • Hard Skills
  • Project Management - Knowledge of methodologies such as PMI, PRINCE2, Agile.
  • Service Management - Especially for IT service transitions.
  • Risk Analysis - Identification and mitigation of risks during transition.
  • Scheduling and Planning - Use of tools such as MS Project, Jira, Trello.
  • Transition Process Knowledge - Transition & Transformation models, governance and SLAs.
  • Stakeholder Management - Techniques to map and manage expectations.
  • Documentation and Reporting Tools - Advanced Excel, Power BI or other reporting tools.
