About the role
- Product Owner managing SAP systems and business collaboration for Vivo. Leading agile processes and ensuring alignment with business strategy.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the backlog for SAP functional streams, prioritizing requests according to their business value for VIVO.
- Write user stories and acceptance criteria for enhancements in SAP modules (FI, MM, SD, HCM, etc.).
- Serve as the interface between business areas and the technical team, ensuring alignment of expectations.
- Participate in agile ceremonies (planning, review, daily stand-ups, retrospective).
- Analyze metrics and feedback to guide continuous product improvements.
- Ensure that deliveries are aligned with VIVO's strategy and the product objectives.
- Support stakeholder management by communicating progress and results.
- Ensure continuous value delivery to users in a digital transformation context.
- Balance priorities between strategic requests and technical capacity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Experience as a Product Owner
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Knowledge of SAP modules relevant to the PO role (FI, MM, SD, CO, etc.).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Nice to have:
- Experience with tools such as ServiceNow and Jira
- Agile methodology certification
- Experience with SAP Functional
- Knowledge of SAP BTP
