Responsibilities

  • We are looking for a professional with excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to navigate between different company areas with ease and confidence;
  • Empathy and active listening, able to mediate conversations and build long-term partnerships;
  • Proactive attitude and strong public speaking skills, with confidence to deliver presentations and engage stakeholders;
  • Ability to identify and map technical and financial requirements with the commercial team and clients;
  • Support in designing viable technical solutions and defining the best scenarios to propose;
  • Definition of service scope and SLAs;
  • Cost optimization, critical assessment of costs and pricing for preparing technical-commercial proposals;
  • Presenting and defending the solution, focusing on differentiators and the value proposition;
  • Monitoring and controlling the progress of projects in the pre-sales phase with specialists and involved areas;
  • Supporting the commercial team by acting consultatively with clients, visiting them and identifying business opportunities and improvements;
  • Following up on the implementation of sold projects, ensuring alignment with the designed solution;
  • Keeping company management reports and project documentation repositories up to date;

Requirements

  • Solid experience working in technical areas within IT (systems integrator products) and/or Telecom (carrier/operator products);
  • Proven experience working in Pre-sales and/or Solution Architecture involving IT and Telecom;
  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Networks, Information Technology or related fields;
  • Intermediate English and/or Spanish are desirable;
  • Desired certifications: Cisco, HPE, Fortinet, Huawei, Nokia, etc.;
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office suite;
  • Experience in the Industry, Services or Education sectors;
