About the role

Responsibilities
- Perform blood draws and other biological sample collections from patients, primarily at patients' homes and also at the laboratory.
- Ensure traceability and record samples in the information system.
- Prepare and package samples.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety procedures during sample collection.
- Participate in inventory management of sampling equipment and consumables.
- Collaborate with medical and paramedical teams to ensure the quality of collected samples.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sampling practices and existing protocols.
Requirements
- Rigorous and methodical.
- Good interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- BTS in Medical Laboratory Analysis or equivalent.
- Certificate authorizing blood sample collection (at least the theoretical component).
- ADELI registration number.
- AFGSU level II (for technicians).
- State nursing diploma (for nurses).
