About the role

• Junior Analyst in Telecommunications Project Licensing for Vivo, focusing on external networks and permits. Collaborating with public agencies and internal engineering teams for process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Monitor licensing processes for the deployment and maintenance of external telecommunications networks with the corresponding municipal authorities, aiming to obtain approvals as quickly as possible and meeting pre-established targets;
• Monitor authorization processes for the use of the public domain strip (right of way) for the deployment and maintenance of external telecommunications networks with state, federal and private highway/railway concessionaires, as well as the corresponding regulatory agencies; aiming to obtain authorizations as quickly as possible and meeting pre-established targets;
• Monitor authorization processes for pole-sharing with electric utility poles or transmission towers for the deployment and maintenance of external telecommunications networks with state, federal and private electric utility concessionaires, as well as the corresponding regulatory agencies; aiming to obtain authorizations as quickly as possible and meeting pre-established targets;
• Monitor licensing processes for the deployment and maintenance of external telecommunications networks with municipal, state and federal environmental agencies, aiming to obtain approvals as quickly as possible and meeting pre-established targets.
• Interact with Telefônica’s internal areas (Legal, Finance, Contracts, Asset Management, etc.) to arrange payment of fees related to licensing and authorization processes.
• Coordinate with Telefônica’s Engineering teams such as Design, Deployment and Maintenance.
• Liaise with public and private highway/railway concessionaires to obtain authorization for the use of the public domain strip (right of way).
• Liaise with public and private electric utility concessionaires to obtain authorization for pole and transmission tower sharing.
• Support Telefônica’s Wholesale area in negotiations for network swap agreements with other telecommunications concessionaires/licensees.

Requirements

• Required: University degree (Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, Law, or related fields);
• Required: Basic knowledge of Permitting activities (authorizations and licensing);
• Desired: Direct experience working with highway or electric utility concessionaires or in environmental agencies;
• Strong Portuguese grammar, good writing skills and strong comprehension and communication abilities;
• Analytical skills, ability to prioritize and focus on results;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with the main applications and systems used in the area of operation;
• Good interpersonal skills, ability to diagnose problems and propose creative solutions to conflicts.
