About the role

  • Analista de Manutenção responsible for executing and optimizing asset management processes at Veolia Brasil. Collaborating with various teams to ensure reliability and efficiency in operations.

Responsibilities

  • Tactical and analytical professional responsible for executing and optimizing asset management processes, supporting and structuring Maintenance Planning and Control (PCM), materials and spare parts management, and the identification and mitigation of industrial risks.
  • Serves as a crucial link between asset management strategy and field execution, using the CMMS/EAM system as the central tool to ensure asset and process reliability, availability, integrity, and safety, in compliance with technical and legal standards.
  • Generates value for the organization through these activities by providing reliable information for business decision-making.
  • Implementation of the maintenance management system (HxGN EAM - VAMS) in operations.
  • On-site equipment inventory and surveying.
  • Conduct studies and projects related to asset life cycle, supporting operations decisions regarding investments and maintenance.
  • Review technical manuals to create preventive maintenance plans.
  • Implement the asset management methodology in operations according to the corporate model.
  • Provide operational technical support for maintenance routines, installation, and asset changes.
  • Provide technical support for the systems/software used by the asset management area.
  • Manage strategic projects and short-term projects.
  • Conduct initial trainings and periodic refreshers for employees involved in maintenance and asset management processes, training them in the use of the EAM system, other tools, and processes.
  • Perform assisted operations and audits to ensure a minimum standard of operational quality in relation to operational asset management.
  • Prepare procedures, work instructions, and trainings regarding the use of the department's systems (software).
  • Develop and critically review maintenance plans (preventive, predictive, lubrication) for all assets, ensuring correct application of frequencies and scopes.
  • Analyze corporate maintenance spare parts inventories to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Participate in administrative meetings (occasionally with other countries).
  • Monitor and analyze maintenance performance indicators (KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, Backlog, Plan Compliance, Cost), generating reports and proposing improvement actions.

Requirements

  • Completed technical education or a bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Chemical, or related fields) in progress;
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Maintenance Planning and Control (PCM) in an industrial environment;
  • Experience with maintenance materials management;
  • Practical knowledge in process risk analysis (Process Safety);
  • Intermediate technical English (reading manuals and articles);
  • Technical course in the maintenance area.
  • Completed higher education in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or related fields);
  • 5 years' experience in the field;
  • Knowledge of Spanish;
  • Intermediate English;
  • Technical courses in maintenance and asset management.
