About the role

  • Advanced Digital Analytics position focusing on data and insights to improve marketing and user engagement at Brazil's largest health network. Requires expertise in Martech and digital products.

Responsibilities

  • Structure, evolve, and ensure the measurement, traceability and activation of user journeys.
  • Define KPIs, generate actionable insights, and lead projects aligned with the team's strategies.
  • Operate in a scalable, sustainable manner in compliance with the company's data governance.
  • Maintain a consultative and proactive approach with high autonomy, clear communication and the ability to translate business needs into technical Martech and Digital Journey solutions.
  • Drive direct impact on performance, conversion, media efficiency and user experience.
  • Act as the data focal point for Martech and Digital Journeys to guide actions through data, generate insights and lead projects.
  • Define, monitor and evolve Martech KPIs and metrics such as acquisition funnels, conversion, engagement, retention, LTV, CAC, channel efficiency, ROI, ROAS, user behavior and CRO.
  • Collaborate with the entire Data team (Platform, Governance, Analytics Engineering and Data Science) in structuring and building the respective layers/modeling, pipelines and information quality.
  • Connect data from multiple sources (media/ads, CRM, SEO, product, analytics, CDP), ensuring consistency across measurement, visualization and activation.
  • Work with a CDP (Customer Data Platform – Insider), supporting profile unification, audience activation, journey mapping, channel engagement and A/B testing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Marketing, Information Systems or related fields.
  • Experience or active participation in CDP projects (Insider CRM), involving data integration, user unification and audience activation.
  • Solid experience in Martech and Digital Products, working closely with Marketing teams.
  • Knowledge of Martech metrics and KPIs: acquisition, conversion, retention, campaign measurement, lifecycle, patient journey, CRO, ROI, ROAS, break-even; experience working with Paid Search, CRM and SEO.
  • Proficiency in SQL (required) and Python for data analysis at various levels (BigQuery).
  • Automation of exploratory analyses, statistical modeling, building predictive models and reports using Python libraries such as pandas, scikit-learn or similar.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Looker Studio).
  • Experience with cloud environments (GCP, AWS, Azure) using core data services for large-scale modeling, storage and orchestration.
  • Analytical skills, autonomy, organization and clear communication with different teams, and experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Nice to have:
  • Knowledge of predictive modeling, clustering, generative AI or NLP applied to product.
  • Experience defining and implementing digital measurement plans, including event taxonomy, documentation, governance and tracking quality assurance.
