About the role

Responsibilities
- Portfolio Management: Analyze and manage Vivo Fintech's loan portfolio, ensuring the mitigation of financial risks.
- Provision for Doubtful Debts (PDD): Manage the PDD, developing strategies to reduce delinquency and preparing relevant reports.
- Metrics Development and Monitoring: Develop and implement portfolio performance indicators, track trends and generate insights to support strategic decisions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with credit, operations and technology teams to implement improvements in financial processes and products.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics or related fields.
- Experience: Proven experience in portfolio management and PDD for loan portfolios.
- Technical Knowledge:
- - Strong understanding of financial risk analysis and key performance indicators.
- - Proficiency in data analysis tools (advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python, etc.).
- Soft Skills:
- - Analytical and critical thinking for problem solving.
- - Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- - Proactivity and the ability to adapt to a dynamic and challenging environment.
