About the role

  • Gerente de Negócios IV at Vivo developing sales strategies and managing B2B client relationships in Blumenau/SC. Overseeing project follow-ups and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client portfolios, analyzing the best strategy for the account plan;
  • Develop strategies to drive new business, billing growth and revenue;
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, conducting visits and identifying business opportunities and improvements;
  • Track projects and interface with internal teams;
  • Increase customer satisfaction levels;
  • Keep company management reports up to date;
  • Ensure sales and revenue targets for the portfolio are met;
  • Manage existing contracts, monitoring renewals, amendments and expirations;
  • Identify opportunities to develop new business and solutions for clients;
  • Analyze and monitor market development in the client’s segment;
  • Follow up on account analysis, post-sales and other requests;
  • Conduct on-site visits to ensure the best experience for the client portfolio with Vivo, establishing long-term relationships; interaction with C-level executives;
  • Work daily to improve customer satisfaction and the customer experience with Vivo;
  • Support CAR recovery efforts, monitor the sales pipeline and other KPIs such as visits, pipeline and leads.

Requirements

  • Experience in commercial/B2B sales;
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree (completed) with diploma/certificate;
  • Experience with telecom products (mobile, fixed-line and IT);
  • Experience in account management – in-person direct sales model;
  • Ability to develop relationships with senior executives across client organizations;
  • Basic knowledge of financial analysis;
  • Car up to 10 years old with commercial insurance;
  • Availability to travel.
