Responsibilities
- Lead a team responsible for ideation, scope design and customer journeys/processes for business transformation and acceleration projects
- Ability to structure business cases, turning ideas into testable hypotheses with a clear scope, measurable KPIs and critical success attributes
- Develop and facilitate co-creation workshops to drive engagement and generate insights
- Map opportunities for gains both internally and in the market across the different topics involved
- Work with multidisciplinary teams to validate assumptions and ensure quality of inputs
- Build consensus among multidisciplinary stakeholders, managing political dynamics and competing interests across areas
- Structure analyses for project prioritization based on strategic objectives translated into actionable, data-driven criteria focused on impact
- Design scalable, robust journeys and processes (stability and quality)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed — preferred
- Proficiency in Lean methods, Design Thinking, Service Design and Product Management
- Proven experience in digital transformation, efficiency and innovation environments (open and strategic) and in developing digital products or businesses
- Experience evaluating projects that require decision-making considering multiple business variables (Marketing, Technology, Operations and Finance)
- Strong communication skills, ability to build partnerships and inspire teams
- Holistic vision, creativity, resilience and transparency
- Experience delivering executive presentations to the Board and C-level executives, with persuasive ability and unquestionable quality
- Experience preparing executive materials with scenario synthesis and strategic recommendations
- Track record of developing business cases for initiatives with financial modeling
- Experience acting as an Innovation/Agile/Discovery consultant, responsible for programs and strategic initiatives focused on ideation and planning
- Experience developing business cases and multidisciplinary incubation programs for projects, conducting go/no-go gates and delivering PoCs/pilots
- Experience redesigning processes in cross-functional/multidisciplinary initiatives and working in matrix environments
- Experience managing integration between operations and tech (requirements, testing, stabilization) to ensure operational execution of processes
