About the role

• Contabilidade consultant supporting CFO projects in relation to IFRS and M&A operations. Fulfilling roles in regulatory changes and providing accounting consultancy.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for accounting advisory;
• Support the business in structuring projects from an accounting perspective and lead projects within the CFO organization;
• Monitor changes in accounting standards and anticipate potential impacts;
• Actively participate in the implementation of standards issued by the ISSB: IFRS S1 and IFRS S2.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting;
• Active CRC registration (Brazilian Accounting Council license);
• Strong experience with accounting standards (IFRS);
• Solid experience in corporate accounting, tax accounting and M&A transactions;
• Intermediate proficiency in English and Spanish;
• Good communication skills and the ability to interact with multiple departments and hierarchical levels;
• Proactive attitude;
• Critical thinking;
• Familiarity with digital tools.
