Proven track record in Sales and Customer Success
Several years of leadership experience—ideally in a dynamic scale-up environment
Expertise in (digital) healthcare, pharma, or MedTech
Confident experience navigating complex B2B and prescriber structures
Clear, collaborative leadership on an equal footing
Strong process and organizational skills
