  • Head of Sales & Success leading the Doctor Sales & Success team at Vivira Health Lab. Focused on performance, strategic direction, and optimizing sales processes for digital movement therapy.

Responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility for the performance of the Doctor Sales & Success team
  • Strategic management and further development of the DSS OKRs
  • Further development of the leadership structure within the DSS team
  • Continuous optimization and implementation of sales processes
  • Systematic upskilling and hands-on training
  • Bringing in best practices from digital healthcare, pharma, or MedTech

Requirements

  • Proven track record in Sales and Customer Success
  • Several years of leadership experience—ideally in a dynamic scale-up environment
  • Expertise in (digital) healthcare, pharma, or MedTech
  • Confident experience navigating complex B2B and prescriber structures
  • Clear, collaborative leadership on an equal footing
  • Strong process and organizational skills
  • Data- and KPI-driven way of working
