Requirements
3+ years of proven experience in **full-cycle Tech recruiting.**
a deep understanding of engineering roles and programming languages, with a passion for technology and digital innovation.
a strategic mindset with the ability to manage multiple hiring processes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
strong communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively across teams
