About the role

- Approve documents related to the importation of wines/beverages;
- Follow up on processes with exporters, freight agents, and customs brokers;
- Be responsible for monitoring the supply chain from beginning to end, from cargo readiness to final delivery at our distribution center;
- Report the costs involved in each process;
- Report process statuses to commercial teams;
- Coordinate merchandise arrival planning with the responsible departments;
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Business Administration with emphasis in International Trade, International Trade, International Relations, or related fields;
- Experience with international trade operations;
- Intermediate to advanced English;
- Intermediate Google Sheets skills;
- Intermediate knowledge of import-related tax and fiscal matters;
- Results-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a team;
- Strong communication skills and a hands-on approach;
- Previous experience in the beverage or food sector (experience with MAPA preferred);
- Experience with SAP.
