About the role
- Junior Controller responsible for creating and maintaining reports and analyses with Power BI and Excel for VINCI. Collaborating across departments to improve controlling processes.
Responsibilities
- Creation, maintenance and further development of reports, dashboards and analyses using Power BI and MS Excel
- Performing planned vs. actual comparisons, variance analyses and ad-hoc reporting
- Support for monthly, quarterly and annual financial closings
- Assist with budget planning, forecast preparation and process optimization
- Close collaboration with business units and project managers to improve controlling processes
- Independently reconcile outstanding items and coordinate with the collections/dunning team
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or a degree in business administration with a focus on controlling/finance
- Initial practical experience in controlling or project controlling is an advantage
- Confident user of MS Office, especially Excel; SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Analytical mindset, strong numerical aptitude and enjoyment of data-driven decision making
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Very good command of German, both written and spoken; English skills are an advantage.
