About the role

  • Reporting to the Integrated Marketing Director, the Regional Marketing Manager will drive our marketing activation efforts in North America to elevate the brand’s presence and evangelize the studios’ work.
  • A gamer and creative marketer familiar with game development, the ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the myriad of marketing channels within the industry, and hands-on experience in all angles of content creation, to planning and executing campaigns.

Requirements

  • At least 6+ years of experience across gaming, go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, or related agency work focused on campaign orchestration and execution.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects – planning, budgeting, coordination, and driving KPIs
  • Experience managing products/campaigns with a regional footprint
  • A Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Business or Marketing
  • Passion for games, or experience working in the video games industry.
  • Strong record of delivering marketing results, partnering with, and enabling sales to achieve company goals.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines to support a global team.
  • Can-do, hands-on approach and demonstrated test-and-learn attitude.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in producing and reviewing materials
  • Creativity in thinking and ability to develop fresh and unique marketing angles
  • Personable with the ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders
  • Excellent written English and ability to write high-quality copy.
  • Knowledge of French is a plus.
