Responsibilities
Partner with senior leaders to identify capability gaps and future skill needs
Propose and champion a global learning strategy aligned with Virtuos’ business goals and cultural values
Lead high-impact learning programs in leadership, people management, and values-based behaviors
Curate blended learning experiences using digital platforms, peer learning, training and experiential formats
Ensure learning initiatives are scalable, measurable, and tailored to diverse geographies
Elevate cross-studio and cross-functional knowledge exchange through communities of practice and collaborative learning formats
Improve systems, standards, and tools that embed learning into daily workflows
Define success metrics and learning analytics to assess program effectiveness and business impact. Use data to iterate, improve, and communicate the value of learning across the organization
Requirements
10+ years in Learning & Development, including 5+ years in a leadership role
Proven success in designing and scaling global learning programs, preferably in tech or creative industries.
Experience working in a multicultural, matrixed organization.
Strong skills in Program Management and Change Management
Expertise in learning design, digital learning platforms, and learning analytics.
