Responsibilities
- Lead the Building and Infrastructure business within Southern and East Africa
- Own full P&L responsibility and deliver revenue growth
- Develop and manage annual sales, revenue, and profit budgets
- Oversee the safe, timely, and high-quality delivery of services across CAPEX and Operations phases
- Drive operational efficiency and monitor delivery KPIs
- Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing talent
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline (Master’s preferred)
- Additional qualifications in Project management and Infrastructure management desirable
- 10+ years professional work experience in Building and Infrastructure P&L, Business development activities, Sales and Marketing experience
- High integrity with a commitment to safety, ethics, and quality
- Demonstrated success in leading multi-disciplinary teams across dispersed operations
- Strategic thinker with operational capability
- Strong commercial acumen and customer relationship management
- Excellent communication and influencing skills in English (and local language if applicable)
