About the role

  • IT Business Analyst focusing on structuring public sector requirements and stakeholder management in Germany. Involved in workshops, documentation, and moderating meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular workshops to elicit and capture business/functional requirements
  • Actively support stakeholder management
  • Draft written requirements documents
  • Serve as the point of contact for questions regarding business/functional requirements
  • Prepare or contribute to decision papers
  • Facilitate various meeting formats

Requirements

  • Several years of hands-on experience (>3–5 years) in dedicated requirements management
  • Very strong facilitation and moderation skills
  • Relevant experience in the context of public administration / the public sector is a must
  • Leadership and project management experience
  • Familiarity with analytics/reporting systems is a plus
  • Excellent written and spoken German (at least C1 level) and conversational English skills
