Responsibilities
- Support ERP and other related software.
- Assist in the design, documentation, and maintenance of software.
- Support applications that integrate with Microsoft D365 or other software used at NBG.
- Analyze business needs.

- Optimize system performance.
- Use in-depth functional knowledge business processes to maximize automation and process effectiveness.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
- Lead discussions between business and IT teams to align system capabilities with business needs.
- Ensure data accuracy and quality.
- Perform quality assurance, data governance activities, and manage process change requests.
- Manage end-to-end projects.
- Oversee the scope, acceptance, installation, and deployment of projects from start to finish.
- Provide expert guidance.
- Offer best practices and solution alternatives in functional design documents.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- Equivalent combination of experience and education is also acceptable.
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship (Nucor will not sponsor the need for a visa now or in the future).
- 2-3 years of experience with ERPs.
- 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or performing Business Analyst responsibilities.
- Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance requirements analysis, documentation, reporting, or process optimization.
- Experience in steel or metal related industry.
