About the role

  • Project Manager overseeing multiple sprinkler installation projects. Responsible for technical management, client communication, and compliance with standards in Germany.

Responsibilities

  • Technical and commercial responsibility for multiple projects involving sprinkler system retrofits
  • Processing repair orders and preparing the associated quotations
  • Ensuring compliance with all technical guidelines and standards (e.g., VdS)
  • Contract-compliant execution of projects with respect to schedules, costs and revenues
  • Management of contract variations/claims
  • Maintaining client contact and participating in site/construction meetings
  • Responsible for associated drawings and hydraulic calculations

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in mechanical engineering, building services/utility engineering, or an equivalent qualification as a technician or master craftsman
  • Several years of professional experience as a Project Manager, ideally in sprinkler systems
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD or experience with other CAD/design software
  • Confident user of the MS Office suite
  • Structured and results-oriented working style
  • Communicative, self-motivated and a team player
