- Business Unit Leader managing SAP Solutions in Germany and strategic growth of the SAP portfolio. Leading teams and driving innovation in cloud and SAP technologies.
Responsibilities
- Gesamtverantwortung für Umsatz, Ergebnis und strategische Entwicklung der Business Unit
- Führung von zwei Teamleitungen sowie disziplinarische und fachliche Leitung des SAP Teams DE
- Umsetzung der Business-Unit-Strategie in den Bereichen Portfolioentwicklung, Personalgewinnung und Marktsegmentierung
- Steuerung der Vertriebsstrategie in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem SAP Head of Sales sowie aktive Mitwirkung bei der Neukundengewinnung
- Weiterentwicklung des Leistungsportfolios mit Fokus auf SAP RISE, Cloud ERP sowie SAP AI
- Positionierung der Business Unit als innovativer und zukunftsfähiger Partner im SAP-Markt
Requirements
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der disziplinarischen und kaufmännischen Leitung von SAP-Consulting-Teams
- Nachweisbare Erfolge in der strategischen Geschäftsentwicklung und Umsatzverantwortung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Einführung und Vermarktung neuer SAP-Technologien (z. B. RISE, GROW, Cloud-Lösungen)
- Ausgeprägte Vertriebsorientierung sowie Erfahrung in der Vertragsgestaltung in Zusammenarbeit mit Legal
- Hohes Maß an Führungskompetenz, Kommunikationsstärke und unternehmerischem Denken
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C2) sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (C1)
- Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands; bevorzugter Wohnsitz im Raum München oder Frankfurt
