About the role
- SAP Basis Consultant working on projects and advising departments in implementing effective SAP solutions in a collaborative global IT landscape.
Responsibilities
- Lead (sub-)projects in the SAP Basis environment
- Advise business units on the optimal use and integration of SAP systems into the global IT landscape, primarily in the cloud (BTP)
- Monitor system operations, including analyzing and resolving incidents and performing performance analyses
- Implement improvement processes and introduce new working methods and guidelines for system operations
- Participate in incident, change and service request management, as well as user and access administration
- Maintain the product backlog and facilitate workshops to refine and develop user stories
- Manage external service providers
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent qualification with relevant professional experience and continuing education
- Experience in IT solution design and implementation using agile methodologies, as well as in operating SAP cloud solutions
- Strong knowledge of IT services and SAP Basis
- Business-fluent German and English
