Responsibilities
Configuration and maintenance of payroll schemas, rules, wage types, and tables to ensure legally compliant payroll processing
Perform customizing activities for payroll-relevant processes, including posting settings and communication with authorities (tax & social security)
Request and import tax and social security certificates
Analyze and implement collective bargaining, legal and and company-specific requirements
Create technical documentation in the IT-HR domain
Collaborate with developers and the Product Owner using agile methods to ensure continuous product development
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Human Resources Management, or Business Administration – alternatively, completed training as an IT specialist for application development
Initial experience in the SAP HCM environment, particularly in payroll
Ideally, experience working in agile projects and familiarity with agile methods and rituals
Strong analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented way of working
Team player mentality, initiative, and a proactive work style
German language skills of at least C1 and English language skills of at least B2 are mandatory
