Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and optimize SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay solutions
- Lead end‑to‑end Compensation and Variable Pay implementations

- Support presales and solution shaping
- Collaborate with cross‑module teams
- Conduct data modelling and validation activities
- Build strong stakeholder relationships
Requirements
- Hands-on delivery experience across at least 3–4 end‑to‑end SuccessFactors Compensation and/or Variable Pay implementations
- Deep configuration expertise in Compensation and Variable Pay
- Strong understanding of global reward and compensation processes
- Experience working with integrations, especially with Employee Central, Performance Management, and Payroll systems
- Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills
- Passion for consulting excellence and continuous improvement
