About the role

  • Consultant in Capgemini’s SuccessFactors Practice specializing in SAP Compensation and Variable Pay implementations. Leading and advising on global compensation processes and providing advanced SAP solutions in a hybrid work setting.

Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and optimize SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay solutions
  • Lead end‑to‑end Compensation and Variable Pay implementations
  • Advise clients on best‑practice reward processes
  • Support presales and solution shaping
  • Collaborate with cross‑module teams
  • Conduct data modelling and validation activities
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships

Requirements

  • Hands-on delivery experience across at least 3–4 end‑to‑end SuccessFactors Compensation and/or Variable Pay implementations
  • Deep configuration expertise in Compensation and Variable Pay
  • Strong understanding of global reward and compensation processes
  • Experience working with integrations, especially with Employee Central, Performance Management, and Payroll systems
  • Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills
  • Passion for consulting excellence and continuous improvement
