About the role
- Inhouse SAP Consultant supporting the optimization of Customer Service and Plant Maintenance processes at Ottobock. Collaborating with various departments to enhance business operations and ensure effective SAP implementations.
Responsibilities
- Advise and support business units/Key Users in the further development and optimization of end-to-end business processes in the Customer Service and Plant Maintenance areas
- Analyze customer requirements and service notifications, develop solution concepts, and configure tools and processes based on SAP standard, SAP add-ons, and in-house developments
- Coordinate and lead (international) SAP projects for Customer Service and Plant Maintenance
- Manage deployment of internal and external resources for projects, changes and support in the Customer Service and Plant Maintenance areas
- Prepare and maintain system documentation
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience and solid SAP Customer Service and/or Plant Maintenance customizing experience
- Additional SAP process knowledge in Sales, Logistics and Production
- Relevant SAP certifications are desirable
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
