Responsibilities
Management and expansion of existing customer relationships in the area of IT Infrastructure & Managed Services
Consulting on tailored solutions around Data Center, Cloud and Cyber Security — always with the principle “IT by people for people”
Preparation of proposals and support throughout the entire sales process up to closing — with a passion for sales and the motto “Customer first”
Collaboration with our technical teams to implement complex projects
Market monitoring and identification of new business opportunities; cold calling is not a problem for you
Requirements
Several years of experience in account management or sales of IT solutions
Solid understanding of IT infrastructure (servers, storage, networking, cloud)
Strong communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with customers — you bring positive energy and enthusiasm to every conversation
A self-directed and structured way of working that helps you succeed, and you enjoy taking responsibility
You communicate with colleagues and customers verbally and in writing in German and English
