Responsibilities

  • Ensure an exceptional experience for leads from first contact through closing the sale;
  • Identify, qualify, and develop sales opportunities;
  • Conduct diagnostics and deliver demos/presentations of commercial proposals;
  • Perform follow-ups on opportunities;
  • Negotiate with clients and close sales;
  • Manage the sales pipeline and sales forecast;
  • Adapt quickly to a dynamic, competitive work environment where excellence and results are recognized and rewarded daily;
  • Proactively create your own opportunities with a hunter mindset.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Hands-on experience with CRM, preferably HubSpot;
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Demonstrates emotional intelligence and willingness to work in an environment that requires resilience and adaptability to rapid operational changes;
  • Results-oriented with strong negotiation skills;
  • Availability to travel and attend events;
  • Experience in B2B sales within the SaaS market;
  • Experience interacting with senior leadership;
  • Broad business acumen;
  • Previous experience selling to Enterprise accounts;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
