- Establish and monitor key quality metrics to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate closely with product development, engineering, production, and operations to integrate quality into processes
- Oversee audits, inspections, and product testing to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Conduct root cause analyses of issues and implement corrective and preventive measures
- Ensure adherence to industry standards (e.g., ISO) and regulatory requirements
- Communicate quality expectations and results clearly across teams and stakeholders
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in a quality-focused role, ideally in a technical or production environment
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating data, identifying trends, and conducting root cause analyses
- Excellent communication skills to provide clear reporting and collaborate effectively across teams
- Proficiency in quality management frameworks and methodologies (ISO or relevant standards)
- Familiarity with data analysis, reporting, and project management tools
- Ability to identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- Certified Quality Auditor or similar quality management certifications (Nice to Have)
- Experience in the tech or deep-tech industry (Nice to Have)
- Hands-on knowledge of modern quality assurance tools and methods (Nice to Have)
- Background in continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) (Nice to Have)
