About the role

Responsibilities

  • Network development: Identify, acquire and develop new sales and distribution partners for our award-winning smart glasses worldwide
  • Brand scouting: Define target audiences, prioritize regions and vertical markets, and analyze competitors to articulate our unique positioning
  • Partnership architecture: Reach out to potential partners, manage onboarding, and create strong, sustainable agreements
  • Launch captain: Plan and execute market-driven launch campaigns, from the first call to signed agreements and go-live
  • Sales enabler: Drive partner performance and provide hands-on support for co-marketing, co-branding, and market-specific campaigns
  • Performance monitor: Track, analyze, and report indirect sales performance and leverage insights to refine strategies

Requirements

  • Proven experience in partner/channel management, indirect sales, or business development — ideally in technology, electronics, or consumer goods
  • Strong analytical mindset for audience and market analysis, network building, and opportunity identification
  • Practical experience in partnership initiation, onboarding, contract negotiation, and sales enablement
  • Experience launching new products through indirect sales or channel networks (B2B2C or distributor-focused)
  • Strong intercultural and communication skills (German and English required; additional languages are a plus)
  • Hands-on mentality: proactive, organized, with strong commercial drive and a good sense for trends
  • Knowledge of marketing, co-branding projects, or event management is an advantage
