Responsibilities
Network development: Identify, acquire and develop new sales and distribution partners for our award-winning smart glasses worldwide
Brand scouting: Define target audiences, prioritize regions and vertical markets, and analyze competitors to articulate our unique positioning
Partnership architecture: Reach out to potential partners, manage onboarding, and create strong, sustainable agreements
Launch captain: Plan and execute market-driven launch campaigns, from the first call to signed agreements and go-live
Sales enabler: Drive partner performance and provide hands-on support for co-marketing, co-branding, and market-specific campaigns
Performance monitor: Track, analyze, and report indirect sales performance and leverage insights to refine strategies
Requirements
Proven experience in partner/channel management, indirect sales, or business development — ideally in technology, electronics, or consumer goods
Strong analytical mindset for audience and market analysis, network building, and opportunity identification
Practical experience in partnership initiation, onboarding, contract negotiation, and sales enablement
Experience launching new products through indirect sales or channel networks (B2B2C or distributor-focused)
Strong intercultural and communication skills (German and English required; additional languages are a plus)
Hands-on mentality: proactive, organized, with strong commercial drive and a good sense for trends
Knowledge of marketing, co-branding projects, or event management is an advantage
