Responsibilities

- Serve as the contact for internal departments on product compliance matters
- Support the identification and assessment of risks related to product compliance
- Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements throughout the product lifecycle
- Contribute to the implementation of compliance processes within product development
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Natural Sciences, Industrial Engineering, Law, or a comparable qualification
- A combination of technical understanding and knowledge of legal/regulatory requirements is desirable (e.g., a lawyer with technical affinity or a technician with legal understanding)
- Experience in product compliance, product safety, or quality management is an advantage
- Ideally, you have in-depth experience in Environmental Compliance (WEEE, EU Battery Regulation, ESPR, ErP) or Building and Water Compliance (CPR, DWD)
- Analytical thinking, a structured working style, and assertiveness
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across disciplines
- High degree of personal responsibility and a strong sense of accountability in line with company values
