Sales Executive for Lubricants developing B2C channels and strategies in Brazil. Focused on results, relationships, and expanding client base with strong market knowledge.
Responsibilities
Responsible for delivering volume, distribution (coverage) and gross profit results in assigned regions for the station and extra-network channels;
Develop the lubricants business in the indirect B2C channel, working closely with authorized distributors to ensure sustainable and profitable growth;
Directly influence distributors’ commercial performance in serving the B2C market by guiding strategies for volume, premium product mix, commercial policies and focus on end consumers;
Expand the customer base served by the B2C channel (e.g., workshops, automotive retail, service stations and end consumers), ensuring quality in activation, repeat purchase behavior and profitability potential;
Direct involvement in strategic negotiations with large chains to secure accounts, increase product mix and win new customers;
Act as a strategic partner to distributors, raising the level of commercial execution, promotional discipline and professionalization of B2C market service;
Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, competitors’ actions and movements in the lubricants sector to adjust strategies and capture growth opportunities;
Ensure correct execution of the company’s strategy in the indirect B2C channel, aligning volume growth, brand positioning and margin generation;
Contribute directly to key business indicators such as total volume, share of premium products, new active points of sale and channel profitability;
Work with a focus on commercial targets and performance indicators, directly impacting the company’s financial results and EBITDA.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing or related fields;
Proven experience in B2C sales and contract negotiation;
Consultative, strategic and results-oriented profile;
Knowledge of the lubricants market;
Strong commercial skills and excellent relationship-building ability;
Excellent communication, organization and professional demeanor;
Availability to travel.
