About the role

  • B2B Sales Executive enhancing lubricant solutions for a leading energy company. Seeking strategic partnerships and driving client growth in the B2B segment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop lubricants for the direct B2B channel to support growth in the Base Oils/Tolling area;
  • Expand the customer portfolio and contribute to the company's sustainable growth in the direct B2B channel;
  • Act as a strategic partner to clients, strengthening relationships and providing solutions that add business value;
  • Monitor trends, competitor activity and industry movements to adjust strategies and identify new opportunities;
  • Work with a focus on commercial targets, directly contributing to the company's performance and growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields;
  • Proven experience in B2B sales and contract negotiation;
  • Consultative, strategic and results-oriented profile;
  • Knowledge of the lubricants market and the B2B segment;
  • Strong commercial skills and excellent relationship-building ability;
  • Excellent communication, organizational skills, and professional demeanor;
  • Availability to travel;
  • Preferred: Knowledge of the energy and fuels sectors.
