Responsibilities
Develop lubricants for the direct B2B channel to support growth in the Base Oils/Tolling area;
Expand the customer portfolio and contribute to the company's sustainable growth in the direct B2B channel;
Act as a strategic partner to clients, strengthening relationships and providing solutions that add business value;
Monitor trends, competitor activity and industry movements to adjust strategies and identify new opportunities;
Work with a focus on commercial targets, directly contributing to the company's performance and growth.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields;
Proven experience in B2B sales and contract negotiation;
Consultative, strategic and results-oriented profile;
Knowledge of the lubricants market and the B2B segment;
Strong commercial skills and excellent relationship-building ability;
Excellent communication, organizational skills, and professional demeanor;
Availability to travel;
Preferred: Knowledge of the energy and fuels sectors.
