About the role

  • Operações Technician responsible for logistics and operational excellence at Vibra Energia. Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards in product handling.

Responsibilities

  • Dispatch and receipt of products via pipeline, road, rail and waterway transport.
  • Provide advisory support and execute operations of facilities, equipment, supervisory and monitoring systems in accordance with technical standards, controlling operational variables, detecting abnormalities, and correcting and/or reporting anomalies to supervisors.
  • Perform sampling and quality analysis of products, as well as storage, management and disposal of those samples.
  • Inspect and verify fuel transport vehicles.
  • Open and close the operations base, including valve alignment, draining and measurement of product storage tanks.
  • Participate in the update and implementation of the unit's operational procedures.
  • Prepare anomaly handling reports, perform operational audits and follow up on preventive and corrective actions.
  • Issue work permits for operational areas and participate in interdisciplinary teams to carry out Task Safety Analysis (TSA) and/or Preliminary Risk Analysis (PRA).
  • Work to ensure compliance with standards related to safety, environmental protection, health, management systems and social responsibility to ensure proper operation of the business and achievement of targets.

Requirements

  • Technical secondary-level qualification (Technical High School) in Industrial Automation, Electroelectronics, Electromechanics, Electronics, Electrotechnics/Electrical, Mechanical, Petroleum and Gas, Metallurgy, Chemistry or related fields.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in the activity.
  • IT: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge and experience in handling/operating flammable products.
  • Industrial valves.
  • Pumps.
  • Piping.
