About the role

  • Junior Commercial Support Analyst ensuring efficient process and customer support at Vibra Energia. Responsible for contract management and financial analyses in a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support commercial customer service by registering and tracking internal customer requests in the system, ensuring timely responses and support to the commercial area;
  • Assist with contract management, supporting report generation and control of contract information to ensure organization and deadline compliance;
  • Support analyses and payments related to the financial execution of contracts, following commercial guidelines and standards;
  • Assist in controlling credit limits and outstanding balances by recording and updating entries under the supervision of the finance team;
  • Monitor debt collection processes and support communication with commercial and finance teams;
  • Assist in organizing documents and information related to legal and contractual matters;
  • Help produce reports and distribute information to the relevant departments, ensuring compliance with commercial processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or related fields;
  • Intermediate Excel skills (spreadsheets, reporting, data organization);
  • Experience with SAP, BW and company platforms (e.g., CRM, Lotus Notes and ServiceNow);
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Organized and detail-oriented;
  • Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks;
  • Proactive and willing to learn about the energy sector;
  • Previous experience in administrative or support routines is a plus.
