About the role
- Financial Planning Analyst supporting corporate strategic and budget planning with performance analysis and management reporting. Responsible for ensuring financial information integrity aligned with corporate goals.
Responsibilities
- Analyze the company's financial results.
- Consolidate financial data, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Identify and explain variances between actual results and budget/plan.
- Prepare financial presentations for the executive team and board of directors, including income statement (DRE), cash flow, EBITDA, and operational indicators.
- Develop supporting materials for strategic and investor meetings.
- Support the preparation of the annual budget and periodic forecasts.
- Liaise with various departments to collect information and align assumptions.
- Develop financial models and scenario projections.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in financial planning, preferably in the energy or fuels sector.
- Advanced Excel and proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
- Intermediate to advanced English (preferred).
