About the role

  • Marketing Analyst responsible for developing and executing B2B and B2C marketing strategies. Creating online and offline campaigns aligned with business goals while using automation tools.

Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for executing marketing, product and communication strategies (online and offline), ensuring alignment with the commercial planning of the B2B, B2C, New Business and Export areas.
  • Develop and implement marketing and product campaigns that directly impact commercial targets;
  • Create and manage marketing assets and campaigns in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, RD Station);
  • Support the sales team in creating promotional actions and support materials (catalogs, spec sheets, presentations, marketing emails, landing pages, etc.);
  • Manage and update communication and sales channels: e-commerce, marketplaces, social media, corporate website, blog, newsletters and email marketing;
  • Plan and execute events and promotional activities, both in-person (trade shows, launches, corporate events) and virtual (webinars);
  • Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports and present results;
  • Produce creative content — copy, graphic assets, press releases, presentations and campaigns;
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure aligned and strategic communications;
  • Create and manage digital campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, among others) and traditional media activities (offline, print, events);
  • Serve as the liaison between the company and marketing/communication agencies, ensuring deliverables are on time, high quality and aligned with branding;
  • Perform other duties related to the role as directed by leadership.

Requirements

  • Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or related fields.
  • Knowledge of data analysis tools (Google Analytics, social media metrics, campaign reporting).
  • Advanced English.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of strategic and commercial marketing, with a focus on B2B and B2C.
  • Preferred: Experience with e-commerce platforms, marketplaces and traffic management.
