About the role

  • Law Partner focusing on Consumer Law at vezzilapolla.legal. Responsible for legal drafting, client strategies, and courtroom representation.

Responsibilities

  • Drafting all judicial and administrative pleadings and documents;
  • Direct contact with clients and alignment of legal strategies;
  • Handling settlement negotiations;
  • Maintaining the firm's and client's case management systems;
  • Case monitoring and procedural follow-up;
  • Attendance at hearings and other activities required for the client's routine.

Requirements

  • Active registration with OAB/SP (São Paulo Bar Association);
  • Knowledge of Civil Law, Civil Procedure and Consumer Law;
  • Knowledge of and a postgraduate degree in Gaming & Gambling Law is a plus;
  • Strong writing skills and logical reasoning are essential;
