Responsibilities
Architect and leader of our integrated growth engine
Unify Demand Generation, Brand & Partnership Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, and Product Marketing into a cohesive strategy
Orchestrate growth across a three-stage continuum
Lead the strategy for paid, organic, and social channels
Optimize our web properties to convert high-intent traffic into users
Collaborate with Product to drive transition from free tiers to paid subscriptions
Establish a rigorous testing culture and attribution models
Requirements
20+ years of demonstrated ability to lead through influence
Partnering with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to execute complex, multi-stage growth initiatives
Able to move from high-level strategy to the tactical oversight required to ship integrated campaigns
Systems thinker who bridges the gap between high-level vision and tactical execution
Successfully led a marketing organization within a high-volume, self-serve SaaS or B2B2C marketplace
Proven track record of optimizing customer journeys
Deep fluency in growth accounting and attribution
Comfortable steering a data-informed organization where decisions are validated by experimentation, testing and ROI
Champion for the independent creator with emotional intelligence to translate that into an authentic brand voice
