- Adjust thresholds and alerting policies according to the needs of N2 and N3 teams.

- Support the evolution of monitoring by proposing improvements to alerting models and tool best practices.
- Document changes, standards, and best practices related to monitoring.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with monitoring using Zabbix.
- Experience in Telecom NOC Level 1 (NOC N1) or infrastructure monitoring environments.
- Knowledge of event and alert correlation.
- Basic knowledge of IT and Telecom infrastructure (networks, servers, services).
