About the role

  • Payroll Analyst ensuring compliance and accuracy of payroll operations globally. Performing payroll data analysis and providing insights for process improvement in the Global Payroll Team.

Responsibilities

  • Calculate and process employee wages, salaries, bonuses, commissions, and overtime on a global scale
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing across multiple countries (weekly, biweekly, monthly cycles)
  • Review and validate timesheets, attendance data, and all payroll inputs
  • Manage off-cycle payrolls, including corrections, final payments, and special payouts
  • Calculate and process payroll taxes and statutory contributions in line with local regulations
  • Ensure full compliance with applicable laws and reporting requirements
  • Prepare and submit statutory filings and payroll-related reports
  • Administer employee lifecycle changes, including hires, terminations, and benefits updates
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and adherence to data protection standards
  • Support reporting needs by preparing monthly and ad hoc payroll data
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, Audit teams, and external payroll providers
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance payroll accuracy and efficiency
  • Contribute to projects and additional tasks as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Accounting, or related field is a plus, supporting strong numerical and analytical capabilities
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English and Polish with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience with payroll systems and knowledge of payroll processes, garnishments, and benefits administration
  • Proficient in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), Word, Outlook; Oracle experience a plus
  • Strong research, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented mindset
