Payroll Analyst ensuring compliance and accuracy of payroll operations globally. Performing payroll data analysis and providing insights for process improvement in the Global Payroll Team.
Responsibilities
Calculate and process employee wages, salaries, bonuses, commissions, and overtime on a global scale
Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing across multiple countries (weekly, biweekly, monthly cycles)
Review and validate timesheets, attendance data, and all payroll inputs
Manage off-cycle payrolls, including corrections, final payments, and special payouts
Calculate and process payroll taxes and statutory contributions in line with local regulations
Ensure full compliance with applicable laws and reporting requirements
Prepare and submit statutory filings and payroll-related reports
Administer employee lifecycle changes, including hires, terminations, and benefits updates
Maintain strict confidentiality and adherence to data protection standards
Support reporting needs by preparing monthly and ad hoc payroll data
Collaborate with HR, Finance, Audit teams, and external payroll providers
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance payroll accuracy and efficiency
Contribute to projects and additional tasks as required
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Accounting, or related field is a plus, supporting strong numerical and analytical capabilities
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Fluent in English and Polish with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience with payroll systems and knowledge of payroll processes, garnishments, and benefits administration
Proficient in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), Word, Outlook; Oracle experience a plus
Strong research, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented mindset
