About the role

Responsibilities
- Drive the strategy for a unified, machine-readable configuration layer (e.g. Terraform-like)
- Practice continuous product discovery with your target end users to identify unmet needs
- Partner with Engineering to build a robust development environment
- Architect AI-assistants and targeted visual orchestration layers
- Initially, focus on empowering a wide range of internal personas to configure solutions
- Negotiate with stakeholders to ensure the configuration layer supports a broad ecosystem
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Platform Product Management or Systems Engineering
- hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles
- deep fluency in CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and automated testing
- exceptional ability to negotiate with and align internal technical and non-technical stakeholders
- proven track record of managing multi-tenant ecosystems and version-controlled platforms in high-growth environments
