Responsibilities

  • You guide and support our customers in using our digital service offerings.
  • As the first point of contact, you answer any questions our customers have on site.
  • You support our customer advisors.
  • You identify customer needs and pass signals on to your team members and specialists.
  • You proactively approach customers regarding advisory topics.
  • You schedule appointments for customer advisors.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Enjoy working with people.
  • Strong team orientation.
