Responsibilities

  • Shape the on-site customer experience: You accompany and support our customers in using our digital service offerings
  • As the first point of contact, you answer any questions our customers have on-site
  • You support our customer advisors
  • You identify customer needs and pass signals on to your team members and specialists
  • You proactively engage customers on advisory topics
  • You schedule appointments for customer advisors with clients

Requirements

  • Enjoy working with people and strong team skills
  • Completed commercial vocational training
  • Experience in customer service
