Responsibilities
Het beheren en uitbouwen van een vaste klantenportefeuille.
Klanten nabellen, meedenken, adviseren en commerciële kansen spotten.
Cross-sell & up-sell: extra supplies, nieuwe printers, klantbezoeken plannen.
Signaleren wanneer een klant verouderde machines heeft.
Controleren of prijsstructuren en verbruik slim zijn.
Veel klantcontact op alle niveaus.
Requirements
Near-native tot native Nederlands, plus goede beheersing van Engels.
Je bent commercieel, energiek en een echte aanpakker.
Bij voorkeur ervaring in inside sales, klantenservice of commercieel contact.
CRM-ervaring (zoals Salesforce) is mooi meegenomen, maar niet vereist.
