About the role

  • Field Service Engineer responsible for installation, service, and repair of coding and marking products in the UK. Traveling to customer sites and ensuring excellent service and repairs.

Responsibilities

  • Responding to breakdowns on customer sites, quickly performing maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on units to guaranteeing that our products operate to the required standards.
  • Striving to maintain and grow customer relationships through excellent customer service and communication and implement any necessary corrective actions.
  • Timely and professionally handling field service calls and issues arising from field service visits.
  • Traveling daily to and from your home address to customers sites across the midlands and further afield when required.

Requirements

  • At least two years’ experience gained within a technical / engineering customer service or field service role.
  • A proven track record of working in a field service capacity, gained within a customer focused environment with problem solving experience within an electronics/electro-mechanical, or a relevant technical discipline.
  • A full UK driving licence
