About the role

  • External Sales Representative responsible for developing business opportunities in São Paulo water quality sector. Collaborating with internal teams and reporting to the Sales Executive in a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct active prospecting and technical visits to identify opportunities and understand customer needs
  • Work with Hexis's entire portfolio (excluding services), including laboratory, process, and project solutions
  • Manage the sales funnel, keeping information updated in the CRM
  • Collaborate with internal technical and commercial teams to develop competitive proposals
  • Strengthen the brand positioning and Hexis solutions in your region
  • Report activities and results to the Regional Sales Executive

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Sanitation Technology, or related fields
  • Experience selling analytical instrumentation for laboratories and process applications in the industrial or sanitation markets
  • Knowledge of consultative selling techniques and the ability to tailor solutions to customers
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with targets and under pressure, demonstrating resilience and a results-oriented focus
