About the role

  • Sales Representative in the automotive sector focusing on customer care and acquisition. Planning and conducting customer appointments while optimizing sales processes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and advise an existing regional customer base and acquire new customers in the passenger car segment
  • Independently plan and conduct customer appointments
  • Actively sell the product range
  • Optimize and further develop existing sales processes
  • Conduct market monitoring and competitor analysis
  • Support sales and customer events
  • Demand and potential analysis (Customer 360 analytics tool)
  • Revenue and profitability responsibility
  • Attendance at WM workshop trade shows

Requirements

  • Completed technical or commercial vocational training, preferably in the automotive sector
  • Field sales experience within the automotive industry
  • Understanding of market and customer needs
  • Strong communication skills and customer orientation with a consistently friendly and professional manner
  • Good written and spoken German
  • Persuasiveness and negotiation skills
  • Confident user of MS Office applications
  • Driving license class B (or Class 3)
