About the role

  • IT Service Technician managing project planning, support ticket resolution, and customer relationships at TELCAT IT SERVICES GmbH. Collaborating with teams and improving IT services for clients based in Germany.

Responsibilities

  • Holistic project planning and implementation
  • Handling support tickets in Second Level support (remote and on-site)
  • Cross-departmental collaboration within the team
  • Support and development of new and existing customers of the TELCAT Group

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in an IT profession
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in an IT systems integrator / IT service provider
  • Experience in leading and implementing projects
  • Strong knowledge in the following areas: installation and maintenance of current Microsoft-based IT systems
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 cloud solutions
  • Experience with virtualized environments
  • Good knowledge of IT security and network infrastructure, including firewalls and endpoint protection
  • Strong service orientation and communication skills
