Responsibilities
You are the primary point of contact on-site with our customers and the representative of our product marking solutions.
Your main focus is integrating and commissioning our marking systems into customers' existing equipment.
You ensure the smooth functionality of our customers' systems.
You train system users on-site at customer locations and perform maintenance and repairs on our marking products.
From time to time you may cover for colleagues in different regions across Germany.
You work closely with our field sales team, product specialists, service experts and the operations coordination team at our headquarters.
Requirements
Completed training as a mechatronics technician, electronics technician or comparable qualification.
Professional experience in assembling and commissioning series or custom systems is desirable.
You are motivated and enthusiastic about learning new subjects and technical areas.
A structured and precise way of working comes naturally to you.
Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
You are proficient with PCs and in the use of common MS Office programs.
You work independently but also enjoy working as part of a team.
You are highly organized with strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
